Parks & Facilities

Kzoo Parks maintains more than 30 parks and public spaces for everyone to enjoy. Each park is unique and together they offer a variety of recreational opportunities for people of all ages. You can also rent space in city parks to host private parties, picnics, and gatherings, or large events for the entire community to enjoy.

Upjohn Park

Upjohn Park spans 18 acres and is one of the busiest parks in Kalamazoo. It's connected to the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail and is home to Kik Pool, the only 50-meter outdoor swimming pool in the Kalamazoo area, among its many amenities.

Verburg Park

Versluis & Dickinson Softball Complex

Rockwell Park

Rockwell Park is in the northeast corner of the Eastside neighborhood and hosts community events in the summer. With tennis, basketball, playgrounds, fitness equipment, and picnic areas, Rockwell Park is a lot of fun!
