Lunchtime Live! Returns to Bronson Park starting this Friday, June 13

Lunchtime Live! will return to Bronson Park (200 South Rose Street) in downtown Kalamazoo starting this Friday, June 13. This summer event series offers live music, summertime games, and a variety of food trucks every Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through August 29. Lunchtime Live! is presented by Lake Michigan Credit Union.

Food trucks will be lined up along the park on South Street with other vendors set up throughout the park selling food and other goods. Each event will feature regional music talent on the Rotary Stage, located on the west end of the park. This year’s entertainment lineup includes:

  • June 13 - Pinter Whitnick
  • June 20 - The Kennedy Affair
  • June 27 - Carrie McFerrin
  • July 11 - The Dirty Rain Revelers
  • July 18 - Kanola Band
  • July 25 - Dylan Tolbert
  • August 1 - Y-Not
  • August 8 - K-Nein
  • August 15 - Youth & Teen Talent Show
  • August 22 - Shelagh Brown Band
  • August 29 - Jacob McLeod

There will not be a Lunchtime Live event on Friday, July 4 due to the holiday.

On August 15, there will be a special youth focused Lunchtime Live! event featuring a youth talent show and youth entrepreneur fair. Youth and teens 18 and under can participate in the talent show with music, dance, and comedy performances and youth entrepreneurs can sign up as vendors and showcase their businesses to the community, network with other young entrepreneurs, and sell their products. Presented by the Kalamazoo Youth Action Council. Youth can sign up to participate in the August 15 event as a performer or vendor at www.kzooparks.org/talentshow

Lunchtime Live! is free to attend and all community members are welcome.
