Kzoo Parks New Online Registration Service

Starting in 2023 we will be using a new online registration software called Civic Rec to improve how residents can sign up for Kzoo Parks programs. Civic Rec’s online system will allow users to register for programs, rent park pavilions, and more:

  • You can opt-in to text/email updates to receive notifications of program cancellation or facility closures (including Kik Pool)
  • Online catalog offers a filtered search to find programs by location, age group, & more
  • Software is mobile friendly
  • Software includes ADA features and is AudioEye certified
  • You can import programs you’ve registered for into your Google calendar to help stay organized
  • Program check in offered through the new software
  • Waivers can be incorporated during sign up to simplify the registration process
