The Kalamazoo Growlers and the City of Kalamazoo have announced a 10-year lease extension at Homer Stryker Field, keeping baseball and community events at Mayor’s Riverfront Park through the 2038 season. This continued partnership supports championship baseball, community events, and a vibrant gathering place for the Kalamazoo area.

Restoration work is now complete on Portage Creek in Milham Park (607 E Kilgore Road), building on work to restore the creek back to its natural state that began in 2021 with the removal of the park’s dam.
