Gain valuable work experience while having fun!
The CIT program is a volunteer-based job training/apprenticeship opportunity for youth 13 – 17 years old. Teens have a chance to gain valuable work experience before they are old enough to work and to help demonstrate some of the responsibility and commitment that it takes to be a member of the Kzoo Parks Summer Team.
CIT’s work alongside camp staff throughout the day assisting campers in sports and games, arts and crafts, performing arts, field trips, and other opportunities on the camp site.
Each youth will be interviewed and if selected for a position they will be matched with their interest and then placed at a site.
There is no fee for the program.
