Kzoo Parks is bringing free outdoor movies to neighborhoods across Kalamazoo with the return of its Summer Cinema series. From June through August, community members are invited to gather in City parks for family-friendly movie nights featuring pre-show activities, local youth entrepreneurs, music, and big-screen entertainment.

Each event begins at 6 p.m. with music and a Youth Fair featuring products created and sold by young entrepreneurs. Movies begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free and all community members are welcome.

“Our parks are gathering places, and Summer Cinema is one of the ways we bring people together to enjoy them,” said Zachary Farley, special events coordinator for Kzoo Parks. “Whether you’re enjoying a favorite film, supporting young entrepreneurs, or simply enjoying an evening with friends, we hope these events help create lasting memories and build community connections.”
