Egg Hunt presented by Advia Credit Union

Join us on Saturday, April 4 from 2-4 p.m. to celebrate spring at the annual Egg Hunt, presented by Advia Credit Union. Thousands of eggs will be hidden at Mayors’ Riverfront Park for children to find and families can also enjoy crafts and take a photo with the bunny. 

The egg hunts will take place on the Soisson-Rapacz-Clason Football/Soccer Field, where colorful eggs will be scattered across the field for children to collect. Two hunts will take place during the event, at 2:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., with the field divided into two age groups for each hunt (ages 0–5 and 6–9).

The eggs collected on the field are empty, but children can turn them in after the hunt to receive a bag filled with candy and toys. Some lucky participants will even find a golden egg inside their prize bag, which can be redeemed for a special prize like tickets from the K-Wings, a $25 Erbelli’s gift card, a $25 Art Bayou gift card, Growlers prize bag, Free Attraction Coupons from Zap Zone, or a Kik Pool Family Season Pass. 

There will also be inflatable bounce houses, craft activities provided by the Kalamazoo Valley Museum, and attendees will have an opportunity to take photos with the Bunny and the Kalamazoo Growlers’ mascot Porter.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase during the event. The Kalamazoo Growlers will offer concession stand favorites, and the Coffee Rescue food truck will be on site serving coffee and other beverages.

The event will take place rain or shine. If there are thunderstorms or severe weather, the event will be postponed. Overflow parking will be available at Red Arrow Golf Course. Families are encouraged to arrive early ahead of each egg hunt.
