New Online Registration Service Coming Soon to Kzoo Parks

Changes are coming to improve how residents can sign up for Kzoo Parks programs. In 2023 we will be using a new online registration software called Civic Rec. Civic Rec’s online system will allow users to register for programs, rent park pavilions, and more:

• You can opt-in to text/email updates to receive notifications of program cancellation or facility closures (including Kik Pool)
• Online catalog offers a filtered search to find programs by location, age group, & more
• Software is mobile friendly
• Software includes ADA features and is AudioEye certified
• You can import programs you’ve registered for into your Google calendar to help stay organized
• Program check in offered through the new software
• Waivers can be incorporated during sign up to simplify the registration process

Registration for the first programs using the software will start in January. Create a new account now to make sure you are ready when registration opens in the new year!
